I
made this recipe according to belgian style (aim: 7-8° v/v, amber
colour). I used Saaz and Styrian hops, amber dry extract, dark candy
sugar and cane sugar. I also tried to give more sweetness using
honeydew.
NEWS!!!! (18th december 2011)
This is my result. Maybe the best e+g beer that I have made (the best is the Witbier).
As you can see, the colour is ambered/red. You can't see, but the taste is sweet, but not excessive.
The foam is persistent and there is a good carbonation.
Wyeast 1388 worked very well.
